Unprotected sex and never getting pregnant

I have a younger cousin who is 18 and so is her boyfriend. Both are still in high school. Now, she has told me that her and her boyfriend have sex very frequently and that he is very rough. She says she wouldnt call what they do making love because he doesnt take his time with her all he do is rough sex with her. She also mentions that he is always in control 100% of the time during sex. Now here's the crazy part of the story. She told me that when they have sex, he never pulls out and when she stands up a lot of cum flows out of her. (She is not on birth control by the way) he does this every single time and he even says things like "you're gonna be my baby's mama" . I calculated her possible ovulation window period and she has had sex on those days with him. The thing is, her period arrives every month! So she is not pregnant. What could this mean? Is this young man shooting "blanks" ? is it possible for that to happen at such a young age? Now, im not entirely into medical so i cannot answer why it is she never gets pregnant. What are the possible reasons for this?

    The only reasons I can think of off the top of my head is that either his sperm has low motility or her vagina is more acidic or other defense mechanisms that destroy sperm. I guess it could be hormones too. Everyone is different. My friend had unprotected sex for about a year and never got pregnant. She then decided to start taking the pill and bam! pregnant the next month.
