Underwaer under spandex

No it's not I would much rather a thong under my spandex then nothing plz put n a thong some time.

What is underwaer?

I personally wear panties maybe a full cut goes under my butt or just bikni who cares right but definately wear panties with spandex if you sit and your coochie is wet which most of us are and the chair bench etc.has bacteria it will soak it up and be next to your coochie panties offer a barrier its either panty lines that go away after you take them off or a disease that takes months to get rid of if it if it is curable even

In ballet almost everyone over the age of 10 does this.

my girlfriend wears them for volleyball too, and she wears them instead of underwear too, as far as i can see with it, its like a guy and boxer briefs, its the same basic thing

I do the same thing. I'm a bit of an exhibitionist, so I love to go for my jogs in Spandex tights with no underwear. It's fun and makes me feel like a million bucks. I love thinking that aside from a thin bit of opaque nylon, I'm naked from the waist down! So I'd say it's normal for anyone who's reasonably proud of their body. It's not unsanitary as long as you wash the tights after four days of wear, at most.

I free ball under my spandex under armour. Super hot but only when my gym shorts are off then you can see the outline. I have plenty of women in the gym they go under wear free, i can see camel toe and all.

With one girl, our first time together, I pulled her trousers down and she wasn't wearing any underwear. Every time I saw her after that I got kinda horny just being around her knowing she was going commando.

I refuse to wear extra layers I don't need when I excercise. Besides I love wearing short running shorts when I cycle, it's cooler, and some women get a thrill and let you know it. I ain't wearing briefs under my shorts :P Also that special layer that wicks away the sweat, well I took scissor and cut off the elastic band that holds the edge against the skin. It's almost indecent exposure, especially when cycling fast as it blows back in the wind and half my butt is exposed. YeeeHaaa!

I think the reason your friend was freaked out by you not wearing underwear under your spandex shorts is because you're more likely to have stains on them afterwards. Whether that be from discharging or from perhaps crap stains, or even extreme sweat stains. That's why she was grossed out about seeing you going commando under your spandex.
P.S: On a personal note I'm a guy and I generally wear briefs w/my running/cycling shorts. I do this because I know everyday that I generally have a small stain left on my underwear after I use them. I find it more hygenic, but to each its own. Enjoy going commando! Please respond to my comment.Thanks

I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Some women, on the other hand, get yeast infections extremely quickly if they don't wear something made of breathable (ie cotton) fabric touching their snatches. ;) I don't personally have this issue (thank god), but it's not that uncommon. I wouldn't call that "unsanitary", though. I might call it asking for a yeast infection if you're prone to them. That's probably her issue. :p
