Mine is Robert Shaw, especially in "Jaws" I love sea captains and sailors, I think in a past life maybe I was a mermaid.

Weird Al Yankovic.. He is like my dream guy- funny, cute, smart, nice.. he is perfect.. But i dont know if I could admit that in real life.. hahaha. Also Steve Carrell.. And that's just to name real people.. I'm sure its unconventional enough to crush on cartoon characters, but ones that are barely even humanoid.. Much worse *n*

Hmm. I don't usually get celebrity crushes, but there have been a small handful. Brody Dalle from The Distillers was the biggest celebrity crush of my mid-teens. I'm also pretty attracted to Taystee from Orange Is The New Black. I've had my fair share of quirky celebrity crushes, but as celebrity crushes go, they tend to fade quite quickly.

I've had a thing for this guy lately, though. I told my best friend that I like this guy and she was so confused. "Why do you like him if you don't even know him?" she said. Basically saying: "He's not good-looking. Why do you like him?" Sigh.
Yeah, sure, you wouldn't look twice at him in terms of today's "standards", but for some reason he just seems like such a cute, nice guy.
A bit hard to share your feelings even to the people you're closest to. But it's how I feel! Shouldn't I be allowed to like who I like?

  There is a man who worked at one of my jobs and he is sort of goofy looking in a Ben Stiller way...but after talking to him just a few times he became quite attractive because he is quirky, funny self-deprecating and makes cute expressions. None of my friends would want to date him even though they have dated big time losers! Id ask him out if I wasn't married.

      Have you ever heard of Phinneas Gage? His case study proved that different parts of the brain affect different aspects of personality...we read about him in psych class. I came across an old photo and I was like damn that's a good-looking man (even after a pole went through his head and he lost the one eye. Its a sad story but I find him an endearing character.
