Uncontrollable shaking iin?

Okay, first off I am in pretty good shape. Sometimes I start to shake uncontrollably. It happens when I'm just sitting down I will start to shake, and it usually last anywhere from 1-5 minutes sometimes longer. It doesn't happen when I'm cold. It's almost like having an anxiety attack, which I do get. When the shakes happen my hands/arms and my torso shake, but not really my legs. The shakes are extremely uncontrollable and annoying.
Also, I am aware that I can't exactly follow what is commented on here, but I'm just seeing if this is something to be worried about.
So, IIN?

To me, it sounds like a spasm of some kind. Consult a neurologist.

Probably cause of nervousness, tension and hesitation. If not, see a doctor: you may have a defected nervous system!

I'm hesitant to vote that it's not normal because I don't want you to freak out "OMG there's something wrong with me!!!". But if it's not anxiety or cold, it sounds uncommon, and it might be worth while just scheduling a check up about it.

it depends how often it happens

Occasionally i just start shaking for no reason, but maybe because i am stressed or nervous or even excited!

Have you noticed, by any chance, this occuring after being connected to a wi-fi of any sort? Just curious cause I've definitely noticed a correlation in myself. after being on the lap-top or xoom(really bad), sometimes even if my cell phone is receiving a call! I'm thinking maybe EMF's, but I do tend to think too much.lol

Your cell phone is always receiving a signal, though (unless you're in an area where you can't get service), not just when you receive a call. Even if you don't have a phone with you, you're in the presence of those signals. They're broadcasted over huge areas, not just sent directly to your phone when you get a call.

If you're getting dizzy or shaking when using your laptop, it might be a temperature problem. Does your computer get very warm?
