When I talk face to face with someone sometimes I get really self aware and I blush, my face turns so red. It can happen anytime even with people I'm close with, its weird its like I blush because I feel they are too focused on me..its hard to describe. And when I feel I'm turning red it gets worse, even sometimes paying for food I sometimes feel self aware and turn red in front of the cashier . Im a guy in my mid 20s and considered to be very handsome but i really lack confidence, is this normal to blush like this ?

    The same thing happens to me. I am really awkward in social situations and it just makes things even more awkward. Especially when they notice that my face has turned as red as a tomato O_O

    I'm the same, I always blush in social situations, sometimes I even when chatting with people online (without cam)
