Unable to remember the things i need

I find myself unable to remember a lot of things.
I noticed a moment ago when I was doing my work, it asked what have I learned. I have learned a lot, but I can't remember anything :S
If I try to remember, I just remember black, nothing, but I know I remember.
Its not really like memory loss, I can remember loads of things about things like playing X-Box and watching TV, but what happened this morning is a blur, unless someone prompts me.
My dad asks me after college "What did you learn today?", as soon as he says that, I can't remember anything. Dad says I should pay attention and that I'm not trying, I AM! I just can't remember.

Does anyone else suffer this?

Yes. If you feel the information is truly important to you, you'll remember it...but in any case I suggest staying/becoming drug-free, stop playing videogames, stop watching TV, cut any significant connection you have with other human beings, and start listening to your parents and doing your homework instead. Like a good student. Maybe then, you'll remember.

Sarcasm. In all seriousness though, you might want to stop watching TV. It kind of melts your brain.

This has happened all my life so far and my mom always makes similar comments to your dad. Then I figured out how to make shit up to tell her I learned. Since she didn't study science beyond the high school level I would always make stuff up that I learned, even if I couldn't remember.
