Twisting my toungue

i know most people can't twist thier toungue withought thier hands, but i can go 90 degrees like that. is this normal?

    its a genetic thing just like the clover and the like tube one, i can do 90 degrees and the tube lol

    I can twist my tougne all the way around also with the help of my teeth. You are normal.

    Really? I can twist my tongue 180 degrees with little help from my teeth to keep it in place. I always assumed everyone was able to do that.
