No human appearance is from DNA and sexual appearance is from DNA as well (XX and XY chromosomes). sexual characteristics are from your DNA which produces the hormones that are signaling molecules. So basically your DNA carries XY chromosomes and these chromosomes determine your sex, which is male. How? Well by producing hormones(like mini messengers) to tell your body to grow a penis and testicles and to produce sperm. Also, secondary sex characteristics like facial hair adams apple male muscle development. And by pumping estrogen into your body all you are doing is trying to suppress you secondary sex characteristics, you still have a penis, and removing it won't trick the body in thinking your female, all your cells with XY are going to keep sending messengers to keep producing sperm. And if you use hormone blockers the body will still have the messenger but they won't be able to pass on their message. Your body will literally be stuck on biologically male. female hormones do not make you biologically female.

The amount and type of hormones are determined from the sex chromosomes. Everything you are doing to try and change your appearance cannot occur naturally without artificial hormones.
Actually, you can tell the difference in kids, I work with them and past the age of toddler (12-36 months), most boys start to develop a lower voice and larger heads, and then puberty makes it really obvious. Also, their genitalia is another obvious factor, which they see themselves all the time when they use the bathroom.

To be a woman you gotta have XX chromosomes, and that's what makes the body produce more estrogen naturally compared to a male, and develop female sexual characteristics.
If I give a male dog female hormones it will not turn it into a female dog, it will scientifically be a male dog with an excess of female hormones, even if it grows breast, every cell in that male dog's body still wants to try and produce testosterone to produce sperm and etc. Same with women who produce too much testosterone (polycystic ovary syndrome), they are not suddenly male.

I've looked at the science, and it was a small sample of dead patients (under 100). And the patients were already put on hormones, no control in the experiment with a trans not on hormones. Science paper was trying to prove that their brain activity was similar to a biological female.
But they fail to realize that brain activity does not determine one's biological sex. Its the sex chromosomes.
