Or maybe if you were smarter, you'd understand that not everybody likes the same things. Just because you don't like weed doesn't mean it sucks. Would you say that about roller coasters or a kind of music? Oh, hey -- maybe you would. I think you need to grow up a little bit, and I don't mean that as an insult.

Yeah druggies always want an excuse to get high. Its no better than any other drug. All drugs have side effects and all drugs can be used for the benefit of mankind.

This goes for legal and illegal drugs. However some drugs have too strong of an addiction or too severe side effects and so they are banned. Think about speed drugs.

It keeps you focused and awake. Should it be legal? No! Why was it created? for that reason. Its not like these drugs were not invented for a reason. However they were labeled too dangerous and banned.

Speed drugs were used during war and for factory workers in the past. It was meant to keep people awake for long hours, focused, and since it takes away appetite they did not have to take breaks for food. However it started crime, severe addiction and other dangerous healthy issues. So it was banned.

Most people who try to promote it just like being high all the time. I did meet a few who made an excellent case about the medical use. Most people who claim it would be great for medical use will additionally say "And get high". People on speed drugs want to get high but look at what that costs them and everyone else.

Really now, must you hate on the stoners? I'm not a stoner myself, and I must say from what I've seen it does things to you that I can't imagine wanting to bring upon one's self, but that doesn't automatically mean all stoners are unintelligent. I know several stoners; they tend to be either incredibly intelligent or incredibly stupid, but either way a blanket term describing them as all on the same end of the spectrum simply won't do.

I used to in my way younger years. I just like having a clear mind now. I can't even stand the smell of it anymore. I was at the Giants Parade today. Saw no one smoking cigs, but plenty of weed. It was hot there today. People packed butt to butt. Someone was always lighting up a joint. I felt sick. But still had a great time. Once in a lifetime event.

This is true. And then people who do smoke weed get angry when others don't agree on how great it is. It's way overrated. Been there done that. From my experience all it leads to is harder drugs.

Sometimes smoking weed can be fun but most of the time it makes me eat a lot then I fall asleep and it's like, what's the point? Plus the next day it makes me feel like my IQ has dropped by 50 points.
