Try meditating. It's suppose to clear your mind and get you into a trance, so to speak. Some people utilise it to help them go to sleep easily.

Try sex or masterbating before you sleep. It can be a natural way to get the body and mind ready for slumber. It's is a proven fact that an orgasm will cause hormones to be released by the thyroid to the brain which causes the body to slow down. This is so more sperm and eggs can be manufacture for the next go around. Sleeping is when our bodies produce the most gametes!

Absolutely normal! I actually had to train myself to fall asleep and stop with the thoughts! I can do it now, but at one time, I couldn't. Oh....and I stopped drinking drinks with caffeine and chocolate after about 6 pm. That helps a lot!

Normal. I had that problem. I still think alot, but I sleep fine now. You can get over the sleeping, trust me. Just lay there, get comfortable, let your mind settle on it's own.
