To swallow making sound?

This thing has left me socialy disturbed, in that, i cant freely hang out with my friends for fear that they will hear me swallow. Iam not talking about the Gulping sound only, also the squishy sound that the saliva makes when i swallow.I mean, when i swallow and make the sound, i feel like iam producing some distracting sounds to people. It doesnt hapen always, but most times it does.IIN?

    Sounds like a story I posted on here about being afraid of people hearing me breath when I was little. Even if they did hear a swallow every now and then it wouldn't even phase them--nobody pays attention to that kind of stuff and they themselves are swallowing ever few seconds anyway.

    What about when you suck a cock? Do you swallow then and make noises?

    Only when I'm drinking I usually make these gulping sounds sooooo annoying now I take tiny sips and usually drink from a straw I find that it helps

    Yesssss same thing in a quiet room when I drink I sometimes try to swallow quiet so they wont hear
