To pee, or not to pee?

What's your opinion:

When you are on a date with someone, doesn't matter if it's classy or casual, and you have to leave to go pee, what do you tell them?

Second part: If your date gets up to pee and they tell you why they are leaving, should they say up front that they have to pee, or use some other kind of phrase that's less obvious?

I would say I have to piss / pee / whiz / #1 / etc. 12
I would say I have to use the restroom 28
I would say that I'll be right back 12
I would say excuse me for a moment 10
I would hold it 5
They should just say that they have to pee 5
They should be more discrete 1
I don't want to know that they're going to the restroom, it's awkward 2

    Of course you can go to the restroom! Why would your date dump you for having a functional bladder?

    A more poignant question would be, should they dump you if you piss all over the table of the restaurant you are at, or if you just piss on them?

    It would be normal for them to dump you.
