To loose feeling down below like this?

I'm a female,early 30's and use a tingler daily at least once but usually more. (tingler= clitoral stimulator like a dildo but for external use). Is it normal to loose orgasmic sensations from overuse ? This has has happened on a few occasions and lasts anywhere from 2 days to 14 days. Is there such a thing as using it too much I become numb in that area. Has this happened to any of you? serious concerns for my self induced future orgasms. Please help!!
