    Most likely everyone would have looked (not by choice). But what happens after you see it, is different to everyone.

    Well, if you were a respectable stepfather who loved and respected your wife you would NOT look on purpose or you would at least try to do something to prevent future instances from happening such as letting your wife know that she needs to speak to her daughter about how she dresses or how she presents herself.
