I know every thing about me since childhood till now, im 23 atm and when i mean everything i mean every single inch of detail
how would you know if you forgot something? or maybe confabulated details that never really happened? i'll bet when you ask others to confirm your amazing memory for details they just kind of shake their heads and say "uh huh" just so you'll knock it off.
You've known yourself for 23 yrs. It'd be weird if you didn't know anything about yourself.

Do you mean your body, or your actions, or where you lived, or what?
Do you mean that you have got an extremely level head and wonder why others are make the same mistakes they already went though before?
Anyway, you were there at your birth, but you don't remember the expressions on your parents face when you were born, they were so glad to have a healthy new baby that will be nurtured and loved forever. Looks like you turned out just fine.
