either i have a subconsious demon or maybe i'm just wierd, but either way i would have dreams of many gruesome things done to me, kidnapping, pushed off a cliff, and just when the deed is about to be done, i wake up and my body reacts to it, i get a bit of an adrenaline rush, all hot and sweaty, and my heart rate increases to the point where i could hear it. wah?
You're just stressed out, most likely. Everyone has dreams like this at some point in their life. Attribute it to demons or a lack of a dreamcatcher, if you like. You may as well blame it on Ronald McDonald while you're at it.
Do a little research into the nature of sleep and dreams, PLEASE. I'm not talking about dream interpretation or mystical nonsense; I'm talking about the current psychological model. Do everyone a favor and stop making things up like "if you die in your dream you die in real life." That crap is pure fiction.
Get a dreamcatcher. Last year I had countless nightmares. People eould die, murdered by strange evil things. I would die at the end but wake up before I do. I think if you die in a dream you die in real life, thats why you always wake up before you die.
well, please mention that do you actually see yourself dead in the dream? Because every dream actually conveys something. If in your dream, you are sure that your dead, this means that your age is increased, and your actual time of death is postponded. Well, dreaming anything is perfectly normal, just make sure what your dream actually means.
I doesnt happen often to me, but i have dreams like that too. a few time i even had some "freddy kruger' shit going on, cause i swear i felt the blows from the fight i was in in my dream. and in the morning i had a brusie on my upper/shoulder arm and was sore. so oky the soreness could be kickins and shit in my sleep, but where did the bruise come from???? I'm just glad i won that fight that all. that right u giant russian goon, i kick yo ass!!!!! hahaha
