To have a little pee left hours after i went to the bathroom?

Every time I go tot the bathroom I make sure i'm "all good" but 2 or 3 hours later there'd be a little amount of pee on my panties. Is that normal?

    Liquids digest at different rates so they get to ur bladder at different times...btw water takes about 15 min
