If im reading my science book and i brush my hand over a bug's picture I intintly feel grossed out and act like i really felt it. Is that normal?
hahahah i recognize that in me as well. It must be normal then if so many people have it!
When I was young I went through a phase like that. Back then we used to rent alot of horror movies on VHS tape and on the back cover there would be a few pics of the movie and almost always they would be of the gory scenes and when I would pick up the tape cover to look at it I always made sure my fingers where not touching the back when the gory pics were.
Sounds insane but I couldn't help it. As I got older I seems to get over that easily luckily enough.
same here... i get freaked out by weird looking bugs like caterpillars and stuff.. and like weird looking fungus and molds and i HATE touching pictures of them.
its probably because naturally, your brain sees something gross... your hand shouldnt be going towards it. thats just instinct. but then the logical part of your brain knows its just a picture, so you touch it anyways but still get that grossed out feeling.
does that make sense?
