    Ahah, I think I know what you mean(: okay so I know some guys and it was a joke for awhile and they went.. "tut tut tut tut tut tut tut tut... no no." it sounded like, "tah tah tah tah tah tah" so this might be what your thinking about. It's from some youtube video lol

    I'm yet to hear a person say that. In King's Stork, the princess say "Tut Mother" to the witch. That's a wonderful story and the only place where I've seen someone say "Tut".

    Forgive me, but do you live in England? Tut Tut was a rather common term in the middle ages.
