I'm having my first two-month abstinence and it is my 47th day today ... I was really tempted to do it a while ago and all I did was to sleep .. but as I woke up, I could still felt the urge to do it ... and then just now, I ended up doing it and now all I feel is guilt for breaking my two month abstinence . 'M a woman by the way ... I'm not Catholic and my religion does not against masturbation ... But for breaking my promise, I feel ashamed of myself ... and I am also worried about bad lucks ... help .. I am soooo confused and anxious ...

    Masturbation is the cure for neurosis (usually). Why deny yourself all the healthy benefits of a good orgasm every few days?

    That girl is right go ahead and do it no big deal. But, and I say this respect, you need to work on your wording there were a lot of typos in this and stop using the "..." that signifies that there is a chunk of a paragraph missing. So work on your wording and you'll be good post anything you like.

    Why would you stop if you don't think it's wrong? I mean it's pretty normal to jerk off so no you should not feel guilty.
