To feel depressed when u wake up and before bed

Lately when ive waken up ive felt severely depressed or feel alot of anxiety. But then as the day goes on i feel better, until before i go to bed then i feel the same thing again.
***is it normal to feel anxiety/depression after waking up n before going to bed?

    I feel that way when life has gotten overwhelming and I am putting things off that I need to do.I think the fact that you are talking about is really healthy I hope the bst for you .

    Those are the times that I usually feel the worst. Most likely because I am alone with my thoughts and have nothing to distract me.
