I believe that having an orgasm and simply cumming are two different things. I thought that they were the same until I had a few orgasms after years of sex.

That's legit not true for guys. They are separate they just usually go together. But it's possible to do one without the other. Dry orgams are when you get the endorphin rush but don't ejaculate and numb ejaculations are when you ejaculate but don't get the endorphin rush. I have had both but it's very rare.
