To call your mom and say good night.....

is it normal that when my mom is out of the house like at a friends house or shopping or somthing like that..... that I will call her on her cell and tell her good night or that i am going to bed. Is that a childish thing to do
(by the way I am in community college but I still live with my mom until I graduate and I am sort of close with her since it has just been me, her and my brother for a long time)

    I talk to my mother every single day, often more than once. She's fabulous. ;)

    Like it has been said, I am sure she appreciates it. Its not childish at all.
    I haven't spoken to my mom in months...I think I will call her in the morning.

    I think thats sweet. Wish my adult kids would do that. Once a week though, my son sends me a picture of flowers that are in the main lobby of his work. I think its sweet.
