Tired after sleep
I have about 10 hours of sleep a night, but after I wake up in the morning, I feel like I only have about 4 hours of sleep. Is this normal?

That will happen if you get too much sleep too. Try scaling back to somewhere between 7 & 9 hours and see if you feel better.
You are oversleeping thats why! Have 8 hours a night, thats the recommended amount. TRUST ME OVERSLEEPING IS UNHEALTHY
Yes it's normal for the aniynvof sleep you're getting. I agree with previous post. Cut back to around 8 hours and see how you feel.
