I've been in two funeral processions, and I have also been a pallbearer. There is a terrible and solemn beauty in such occasions.
Be a courteous driver and give them the right of way. It’s stressful enough to be in one without some jerkoff cutting you off because they have to get to Walmart.
Walmart! This is precisely why I fart in the isles if I should have need to honor such a wretched place with my presence.
Lol I was headed to Target when I saw this one. I didn't cut anyone off but wasn't sure if we are just supposed to give them both lanes on a two lane road. I ended up slowly passing them in the unoccupied lane
It's customary they take one lane (usually with flashers and headlights on). It's also customary to yield to them and let them bend the traffic laws to keep the procession together - let them go through red lights while you wait at the green and stop other traffic from cutting the group in two. It's nerve rattling because many in the procession do not know where the cemetery is, and even if they do, they won't know where the grave is. They are obviously not at 100% either.
