    Yeah it is normal to pick up on weird things people do and she sounds like she has problems.

        Whether or not it would be appropriate to be thoughtful in regards to someone else's weird behavior would depend on exactly what that weird behavior was. Certain weird behaviors call for tolerance and compassion whereas others call for a more stringent approach.
