This site makes me nervous

Is it normal this site makes me feel nervous or anxious? Logging on I feel this sense of trepidation and my heart starts to beat more quickly; it becomes somewhat harder to breathe and my stomach churns. I might have some type of anxiety problem because I feel like this for other situations too. But it's worse on is it normal or other websites where I have to interact with other users. Even my arms and legs start to feel a little weak, like from fear. I felt that way when I had to pass through a police checkpoint the other day, so that gives you an idea how bad it is. A website making me as nervous as the cops do.

    just calm down am think iin as a neighbour or a park with different people all in white shirts and blue jeans just talking and having fun you got the trolls that we wont admit we need on this site and the mature adults that give great advice and then the sarcastic ones all make a big happy family.

    can you trace the anxiety? is it fear of being judged? disliked? or saying something embarrassing?

      I'm not sure.... I think it's fear of conflict and maybe being disliked. I don't mind talking about embarrassing things. I do that frequently.

    I don't know who on here would make you nervous. A majority of the users have the logic of a 15 year old boy. But, yeah it's definitely an anxiety problem.

    This site is just one of those sites that you can' trust, yet you should be able to. It feel so off posting personal feelings on the internet, so it is normal.

    I sort of feel that way now except in my case it's because of two users. One nosy one that I know in real life and another I haven't chatted with in a while.

    Have you been bad..? Lol. But I used to get like you on certain websites. I once got a panic attack just from reading a comment the wrong way on something I made. And I was too afraid to talk to people I liked even on the Internet because I really wanted them to like me and I have a past of messing that up. I take meds against that sort of thing now though so I don't really care about much of anything anymore

      Referring to my cop anxiety? No, I just got really nervous during the license check. I guess I get nervous when I shouldn't be.
