to be a straight guy and live with a homosexual couple?

I have 3 roommates and 2 of them are a gay couple.

1 is my brother and the other is his boyfriend.

i think it's cool.

1. They're super smart and provide intelligent convo DAILY

2. Our place is decorated really well.

3. Always clean

4. They cook really good shit!

my brother even hooks me up with his female friends! it's like the best living situation ever! haha

plus when i first saw that movie "nick and norah's infinite playlist" (one of my favorites btw) i was like " i need gay friends!" and it's cool. Is it normal? it may seem like an odd question and i don't even know why i'm asking because i really don't care. hahaha but i'd like to see reactions. :)

    Sounds like a very good situation you've found yourself in. A gay colleague and a straight colleague lived together for years and had a great laugh.

    I'm gonna be honest, I was seeing a guy for a while who lived with a gay guy, at first I couldn't get my head around it- he was a typical jack the lad who loved alcohol, gym and women and he was living with a gay man?! But when I thought about it, it was just fine. When I was younger I was considering getting a house with my best friend who's a lesbian so I was being a bit of a hypocrite I suppose.
    I think it's normal and, in all honestly, I'm a little jealous and may have to go out and find me a gay flat mate!

    It's a dumb question because it's absolutely ideal situation and you know it.
    By the way, I have been in the EXACT (perfectly) the same situation, and although I had many girlfriends back then, my brother is still with the same person today.

    Actually they were really fun days (possibly the first time I've thought about this!)
    My brother even took me to a gay bar/nightclub (yuk) BUT, there were MANY single straight girls there. It seems straight girls go to gay bars to feel safe and have a good time. I never would have known this without my brother's help.
    Oh, I'm not going to tell you about the guys approaching me, my brother still makes fun at me for this today! Lol.

    They were good days :)

      YES! haha this is true!

      But once when i went to a gay bar with them (it was my brothers bday) I kept getting my ass grabbed HAHA and I thought it was one of the female friends. Come to find out it was random dudes LOL funny now but not at the time.
