Out of the list, I would go with chewing with one's mouth open.
I have a cousin that does that. When he eats, he goes "NANGH NANGH GASP NANGH NANGH WHEEZE NANGH NANGH GASP" and the food leaks out of his mouth and get all over his face. I have seen a lot of... uhh... obese people eat like this so maybe it has something to do with... fuck, I don't know, all I know is that other than them, the only other time I see people eating in such a disgusting manner is when I work with the special needs, and they have an excuse!
Out of those three, definitely the chewing with mouth open. I hate lots of mouth sounds (gum chewing, heavy breathing, sometimes a person's voice, etc.).
When people wee on the toilet seat, don't pull the flush, don't wash their hands. I HATE THAT.
Who uses chalkboards anymore?
Nobody gets worked up over nails on a white dry-erase board.
Nails on the chalkboard. I don't know why, but that sound sends an awful, awful pain through my soul.
It really really annoys me when people chew with their mouth open. I hate when people do this.
