This is a poll for the chonic marijuana smokers...

Being an avid, daily pot smoker myself, I wanted to know if others have the same experience when they STOP toking for a while (or forever). While I've never experienced a problem stopping for any length of time, I've seen post where other people have.

Marijuana is not physically addictive, but how do you feel about it:

I puff daily & I have no problems stopping cold turkey. 76
I puff daily & it takes a day or two for me to adjust after stopping. 50
I puff daily & it takes weeks or even months for me to feel normal. 30
I toke a few times/week and I can stop any time without feeling weird. 29
I toke a few times/week & if I dried up completely, it feels strange. 10
I toke a few times a month, but I'm afraid of becoming addicted. 5
I toke up only a handful of times per year, this isn't an issue for me 19
There is no choice for you non-puffers because this poll isn't for you 15
Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

I puff pretty much every day and have no issue stoping cold turkey for a few weeks if need be (usually when my funds tell me i cant afford it) I find the first day i can feel i little off nothing major just a little laggy if that makes any sense but then it gets better the day after that and so on till i dont notice it at all, Now saying this i dont smoke anything else (cigs) and never have. My boyfriend however used to smoke cigs everyday and quit and started just toking daily so when he goes without cigs even though he got over the physical addiction asscoiated with it hes still addicted to the act of smoking so he can quit cold turkey if he really sets his mind too it or has too but hes an awful crank to live with during

When I dont have any I just think about the next time I will get some...But the point is I WILL get more...As far as stopping, if an opportunity presented itself for gainful employment or otherwise larger amounts of money i would be willing to become an alcoholic...
