This guy wont stop confusing me

So,

I have a best friend ..
Her cousin really wanted to meet me she said he keeps asking about me and if he can get my number n kept calling me beautiful

she introduced me too her cousin and hes Fineeeeeeee!

Hes just so beautiful.

Me and him got talking and exchanged snap chats and after a day of snapping we exchanged numbers

We called eachother every day and skyped every night
When i say every day and every night i mean it
Me and him got to talking one night and he told me hes not ready for a relationship yet over the fact that hes scared of falling in love and gettinf his heart broken which is understandable

We met up and watched a movie, cuddled n ended up kissing
After 3 months of being on the phone every day he asked me out on a date but he was really shy about it
So i bantered with him and said what are you asking me nd made him all shy

The date went great after that he invited me on a family trip
Ive already met his mother and lil sister. His mother and little sister love me
I stayed over at his nans house with him and my best friend. We cuddled for a while and kissed then fell asleep

The family trip was to dover to the beach and air show. He kept on pretending to throw me in the water and lifting me up just before the tide came in he told me he feels so romantic in which i laughed because hes silly

Its been 9 months and we still skype wvery night n call each other every day
He says he wants to take me out more nd we walk along the river together arm in arm

What are me and him?

He also told me that im his. Hes soon to come over for dinner and to meet my family.

Its really confusing me im fine with continuing and not dating but i dont want to get my hopes up.. i mean im pretty sure i like him alot
