This guy i like acts weird

Well... how should i begin this. I met this guy that is bisexual although his family doesn't know about his sexual orientation, a few months back on tinder and we used to text back and forth 24/7. Until we decided to meet at starbucks, i felt that we hit it off and after a few days, things were still normal, we would keep texting back and forth. I asked him when we should go on a second date and he said that we should meet up. Unfortunately he gave me an excuse that his mother was sick and he needed to take care of her and that we should change the date however he never gave me a day. So after this chat he stopped responding to me like he used and he would respond after day or two to my text. I asked him that what was the matter and asked him why was he acting so weird and distant. He just told me that he wasn't looking for relationship however that he likes me as a friend. So after a while we stopped talking. 2 months past when he shoots me a text asking me how i am and what's new in my life, so we started talking again like before, he then tells me that we should meet up at a park. However when i get to the park he brongs two of his friends with him. To be sincere i was kinda uncomfortable since i thought it would be only the two of us. Although i did have some fun with them, i felt kinda bad since i'm not totally sure if he just friendzoned me or not. So i decided to stop talking to him since i really like him and it kinda hurts to know that he might not be into me. Later on he keeps sending me texts and i of course respond back to him and unfortunately the same thing happens he starts to ghost me and takes around 3 days to respond a text although i've seen him online on whatsapp. So i once again ignore him, i posted on instagram story for a free photography session just to past the time and wanted to put in practice what i learned in the last quarter of my university. They just needed to click on the voting poll yes or no if they wanted their picture taken and that i would personally contact them to meet up with them. When i check the voting poll, that guy voted yes and so i sent him a message to see if we would meet up. He seemed to be thrilled with the idea however when the day comes to meet up, he shoots me a text saying that his brother is sick and that his mother took him to the clinic and that he needs to take care of his sister. So i just sent him a text telling him not to worry and that we can change the date of the shoot and he just left me seen. After a few days it was new years eve so i sent a normal happy new years text to everybody i knew, including him and he responds back saying happy new years and with a big heart. So i decided to sent him a heart and he left me seen again. So i don't know what to do.
