Get checked out for diabetes and watch what you eat. Stay away from sugar and starch.

Sounds like diabetes or extreme hydration. Do you drink water?

Your getting headaches cause your dehydrated. Even though U should see a Dr. dont jump the gun on thinking its diabetes. Also if it were to be diabetes you would be very very thristy and the symptons would be more excessive. Also if your taking any kind of allergy or sinus meds they cause you to be thirsty and give you dry mouth and throat sensations. As many know drinking alcohol and not taking in enough water causes headaches which is dehydration. Americans on a whole do not drink enough water. Anyway see a Dr. to be on the safe side and rest your mind.

Could be just a cold or allergies causing you to breath through your mouth while your asleep and you lose more moisture that way so you wake up with a headache and thirsty from being dehydrated . If that's it one or two bottles of water should fix it. With the family history to be on the safe side you should see a Dr . If money is a issue you could ask a relative to use their kit and check your blood sugar lv and if it's to high or low get to the Dr.

Those are signs of diabetes. If you have a family history of it you should go to the doctor for sure. You could die, I am not kidding.

Drink a little water before going to bed. Make sure you're sinuses are clear and free flowing so you're not breating from your mouth. Go get tested.
