Sometimes I randomly think that I am the only human and that everyone else is an alien
When I was a teenager I used to wish the aliens would come, take me on their ship and apologize for leaving me behind.
I call this finding your I-God or seeing yourself as the ultimate reality. You're not quite there but you're close.
Basically, you're the only part of God you'll ever know. Unless our brains evolve wireless, empathic functions that make us not only telepathic but psychic to the point of remote-viewing and emulative-empathy then you will never walk in some one else's shoes so to speak. So your sentience is your only reality.
Everybody else is just an object or a robot. Or in your case an alien.
Everyone feels something similar to this at one time or another. It's standard human paranoia. See what I did there?
