Well do you speak in English often? Are you fluent in it?? If so then it's probably normal
And also why wouldn't you think in English if you're writing something in english

Sometimes I think in Spanish even though I'm not fluent in it. It happens!

I am Greek and yes I do it all the time the problem is when you think in english wille speaking greek for example, and you start to not make sence at all because you are transelating a phrace that does not excist in your langauge!!!

some one says to me something and i respond TRUE STORY!!! That makes no sence in greek!!! It is if i am saying that the person who is speaking is telling the truth and less like I am saying it has happened to me too.

  • If you're fluent in another language then it's very feasible to start thinking in that language. They say when you've truly grasped another language you will dream in that language once in a while

In my head, there are usually thoughts composed of words from four different languages.

    The result is predictably confusing.

Sometimes when I' m sleeping I dream in Chinese. I see all these symbols and images but nothing makes sense. It's all jibberish.
