I really have no complaints about my high school experience in general. With that said... If I could do it all over again, I would probably be a total geek and focus on my grades and probably join the drama club. I'm not kidding. I would focus on getting a college scholarship which I could have easily obtained if I'd actually tried. If I'd been more patient in that respect, I would have realized that there is SO much time for having fun after you graduate from college... and if you play your cards right, you can have a lot more fun because you'll actually have the financial freedom to do what you like.
High school was just a blur of boredom and anger. If I could go back and do anything differently, I'd shoot the place up.
Be less scruffy, be less shy, and ask Claire out rather than be secretly in love with her for 18 months.
High school may have been annoying but I learned more about life dealing with the bullshit than I ever could if I went back and changed those less than stellar moments.
I just wish there were less dickheads, and i was more confident and stronger so i could beat up those dickheads who ruined my school life!
be not as grungy, be a little bit more shy (seriously, I was a loud mouth motherfucker) used condoms instead of hitting it raw, go more often. and not go to school all spun or coked out.
You all like to think that you'd do things differently, but you all know full-well that there is no way you would have had the guts to do change anything even if you could do it again.
I would probably invent the smartphone, get filthy rich, marry Kim Kardashian, have sex with Tiger Woods, divorce Kim Kardashian, usurp Saddam, become a rockstar, create a sex tape with Justin Bieber, create a sex tape with Screech, kill myself, wake up in heaven, create a sex tape with God, get exiled to hell, and live happily ever after.
my high school experience wasnt bad, it wasnt good. I honestly don't think I'd change anything about it. it was what it was.
I'm posting my life story on middle school soon - it just has to be noderated. I think it might be 700 words but you might find it helpful.
The only thing I would change is I would make sure the helium tank was actually working properly before pulling the bag over my head.
i love high school. Kick back everyday and wait for the weekend . No promblems no wories. College u cant be lay back
I wouldn't do anything different, high school is wasting the best years of your life and it's the years i am gonna miss not the school like many people think.
Definitely would have gotten to know more people - and would have shown more self confidence. Also, would have driven slower - and would have started saving money.
I'd have got to know more people and not be as shy and soft spoken as I was. I would have told Cameron I liked him instead of avoiding him. Oh and I would have tried to not have religion affect me as much as it did when I was in high school.
