This has happened to me a million times. i'll be talking to somebody and explaining something to them,and they'll go out of their way to disagree with me. It's starting to piss me off more and more...

Who are they? No offense, but what difference does it make? I think you'll be much happier if you accept that you're powerless over whether or not others choose to agree or disagree with you.
I voted "all of the above". people are brainwashed from a young age by their mommies and daddies to be a leader and not a follower. What they don't understand is that if everyone is a leader, than no one is, and that's why our government and FBI and NSA and CIA and all military is the laughing stock of the world.

i believe that it is because they doesn't want to appear weak or submissive to you. Specially if you guys are discussing religion.
People doesn't want to give up their point even if they now you are right
anybody in government,military,police,or security should have the same name and different identification numbers,also a gps tracker inside them. Just because it's called the anti-christ's dead give away in the bible the chinese secretly wrote before we were born, doesn't mean we're going to risk losing our people to get tortured forever some where.
Could be the way you express your opinions or could be that you're hanging around with people who have a totally different approach to the world than you do.
Or maybe they're just idiotic opinions: can't tell unless you give us an example
