I draw pictures of 4-boobed ladies a lot, and I read a manga where a girl had four boobies. It's called Oh My Dog, if you wanna take a look. It drives me crazy, I wish girls like this really existed, but it's impossible. But they would have to be natural, not plastic surgery. I am not a teenager, I am a 30 year old man.
