SHHHH! you are seeing through the matrix lie low at warehouse 38 on wall street dont make contact with anyone, there is a man in a black suit avoid him at all costs, remeber warehouse 38,12 pm,no contact and avoid the man in black!
You're just misinterpreting the signs, they are really trying to help you.
I felt this way once. It's a phase. If it doesn't blow over, seek professional help.
I was like this for a year, once i got more friends and began drawing pictures and whatnot i felt better. When you develop social skills with those closest around you, you start to believe that everyone's on your side instead of out to get you. With a group of friends around you, you can feel invincible and confidence builds.
I really should be fair.
Look, if you don't care about the survival that I mentioned and just want to make the FEAR GO AWAY.... then sign up with a psychologist - tell them you want to see a psychiatrist - then ask the psychiatrist for Aripiprazole prescriptions.
And twisted the mental institution thing a bit - it's not THAT easy to end up in one.
Don't say that too loud or you'll easily get put into a psychiatric hospital. Trust me, you don't want to be in one!!
Now, if I know 2 things about paranoia - yes, it is horrible. Ya just wish you could shut it off, completely, and feel at ease.
But I think of it like this; paranoia is an instinctive, survival trait!!
It's absolutely true that there're so many dangers in the world, and on the street - so being edgey means you're more likely to cheat death.
So the more excessive the better.
Normal to feel that way
But if things arent goign your way, you should change it
Blaming, or thinking the world is out to get you, won't help you
find out whats causeing your problems, and fix them yourself
no one's gonna do it for you
