What do you mean by weak? Do you mean physically weak or mentally weak? Some people with disabilities cannot change how they are. People who are weak because of laziness simply need to exercise. People who are weak minded can only help themselves and they either will or they wont. You cannot make people change by aggervating them. Also you might make them snap and they will kill you just to show they are not weak.
I have a friend that once said he aggervates people so they will sink or swim, but people will usually sink if you hold them underwater. Work on strengthening yourself and don't be so concerned of other people problems.
