The voices are coming back

Many years ago, when i was 15, I was possessed by the voices that were in my head. The main was called Helen, she usually visited me at night. She called me princess. When i was alone in bed. She told me go to my parents room. And she would leave me alone if i killed them. I couldnt resist. Im 30 now and i was released from broadmoor last month. While i was inside, they were gone. But they're coming back. My new main voice is call Mr jenkins. He demands i call him master and he's always with me in the shower. What should i do?

    I cannot tell if your serious or not, but if you are, do not listen to the voices. You are your own individual and nobody decides for you. Use your own reasoning the same way you would if someone on the street told you to do those things.

    Have recently got some on control with similar issues, and as bugsforbreakfast stated, you can't listen. I still catch myself following certain demands made by voices I'm my head, and sometimes it is extremely uncomfortable but. Its all progress towards ignoring them completely. Can't tell if your serious either but, hope I could help if you were!

    Don't obey to him.Don't obey to any voice.I have voices in my head too.They are hatefull,vicious,angry,etc.We can talk.Nobody can help me,but I believe I can help you out.Mr. Jenkins may tell you to do not listen to me and listen to him instead,but just think of what I'm telling you.Ignore the voice.He is inside you.That means he is smaller than you.You are the real master,not him.Just send me a message and we will talk.

        There's no problem.I've told you we can talk.Also,I apreciate that you answered without "Anonymous comments".
        It's hard to find people like yourself,even though there are many,because they are affraid to say what may be wrong with them.Believe me,there are many like us!
