Doc Martens. Every day. With embroidered roses and red sequined hearts on them like something left over from a childhood in the nineties (my childhood).
At home, at work, in the classroom. I'm 'that teacher' who wears sparkly Doc Martens.
red wing boots
steel toe electrical hazard no slip steel shank with dr scholls orthotic insoles
company buys me a new pair every 6 months
or at home hikin shoes
or fuzzy pink bunny slippers for around the house
I wear Ugg boots all the time these days, because they are so comfortable, and cozy. Just in case you're wondering Uggs ARE NOT winter boots!
I've got Uggs. Silly thing but I even like the distinctive patterns on the bottoms.
Couldn't agree more. Plus, they were made in Australia and it's hardly cold down there... or should I say, 'down under'? *protects self with hands, anticipating a shower of blows*
I'd love a pair of Uggs but I'd ruin them in like a week...
Depends what I'm doing:
Teva sandals for a lot of outdoor stuff in the summer (you can get them wet - and I often do wading in water).
Running shoes for other stuff.
Allen Edmund Dress Shoes for dress-up (they have corked inner soles that mold to your foot - the ultimate in comfort).
Composite toe safety shoes for work in industrial & power plants (nuclear plants have metal detectors like airports and you don't have to take off your boots if you have composite toe safety shoes when you go into the secured area - which can be multiple times a day).
Full heavy multi-layer leather hiking boots for certain kinds of hiking where I need foot and ankle support and/or a lot of protection against foot impact damage.
I wear shoes entirely for practicality and comfort. In the winter if I know I'm going to be out for more than a few minutes I'll wear my old pair of timbs. In the summer I just slip on my runners with no socks. I was really pissed at my mom when she threw out the 4 year old pair of shoes I'd worn like every day just because I got a new pair. They were full of holes and made me look like a bum but they were the most comfortable shoes I ever wore.
I like wearing businessy leather shoes, usually loafers.
Comfortable, stylish and flexible.
Perfect for walking around town, driving, or sitting at your desk.
I use tennis shoes pretty much all the time. I have some different shoes for nicer occasions, but otherwise it's pretty much my "nice" tennis shoes and my "work" tennis shoes, lol!
Businessshoes. For literally everything. Even hiking. I feel like an idiot but at least I'm looking fancy af. I literally feel like a child when wearing sneakers out and about. I wear that stuff for sports. Sometimes I wear flip flops
Hiking boots, converse high top, vans to the wall, I have a nice pair of blue dress shoes. Oh also closed toe sandals
I quite like Faith stuff. They do all kinds of styles and some nice heels and they're not that pricy.
Animal slippers, summer wedges. All kinds, really.
I like Skechers shoes. They're the only shoe that doesn't tear the skin off my pinky toes. XD
I wear work boots everyday. If im jogging I just wear some cheap walmart shoes.
I run or walk over 10 miles a day , every day. Usually more like 20. I buttrape shoes like crazy. My hiking shoes last less than 5 months. The only long lasting ones I've had are solomons- bless those shoes.
Fashion-y I wear heels occasionally but mostly flats. I like animal shaped flats. Tuks are great
I still wear my leather boots. Once you get them broken in they are extremely comfortable and secure.
I only ever keep one pair of shoes at a time. It's always boots, and right now it's waterproof steel-toed boots. I only replace them once the soles start getting too torn up to glue back into place
I love shoes but the choice is totally dependent on a range of things such as where I’m going, what I’m doing when I get there, what I’m wearing, the weather, how far I’m likely to be walking or standing and also my mood. The one thing that is rarely a factor, although I occasionally make an exception, is the shoes someone else wants me to wear.
