I choose Supertramp. Their stuff is really arranged well and it usually keeps my interest throughout. But all the above artists are awesome.
Serious question.....could you explain your thought process behind picking these particular songs?
(I'm a super serious music lover)
I used to like Sultans of Swing back in the day...but now for me personally it seems too much like Country line dancing to me...and there is nothing wrong with that, it is just not my thing.
All of these songs are over-played Top 40 material. And to be honest, I'm sick of all those songs. But my favorite is Logical Song.
I wouldve went with Supertramp, but I'm not too much into that song of theirs compared to their others. So Dire Straits it is
Definitely Supertramp, The logical song. I always grew up listening to really old songs because my parents always had their stations playing. Plus, my friends father had a band, and he always played old songs too. Me and my friend always ran down to the studio when we weren't supposed to, oops! And we'd listen, sing, and dance all the time to all the old songs. Haha! Nobody knew. Old songs are the best! They have deeper lyrics with more meaning behind them.
But the logical song, this song I remember liking very much, and I still do! I feel like I've heard way too much of Stevie Nicks, though. She has some great songs, but the one that you chose, I don't like as much as a few others I have in mind. Landslide, Sara, Gypsy, and Rhiannon I like a lot. I always thought they were my favorites from her.
