So there's this new guy on my job and he's been here less than a week. Let me tell you something...

He's rude as hell to the managers and always on his phone when he's on the clock. When she tells him to get off the phone he gets an attitude and starts acting like a highschool girl. Dude seriously, wtf. Talk on the phone on your own fucking time.

I want to throw a refrigerator at him.

Is it normal for new employees to be rude?
