The movie problem and what to do.

What do you do when you want to go out and not alone? If you want to go to a movie or the mall but your friends are always busy. Even if you do not mind being alone often. What do you do in this situation?

    Me: "I wouldn't mind going to the movies alone. It's fun and really not a bad time."
    Friend: "Well it could be worse."
    Me: "How so?"
    Friend: "You could go to DisneyLand by yourself."

    If you want to go to the movies by yourself go ahead. It's not like you do much socializing in a theater anyways.

        Then find a time when your friends are available. My brother is in the same situation, and frankly all you have to do is try, put effort into it, to find a time when all of your friends can hang out long enough to catch a flick.

    I'm usually to lazy to go if my friends don't want to. If it's a movie I really want to see I'll just go by myself

    Depends if it's worth it or not. If you don't go alone, but still really want to see the movie, then I would personally just forget my inhibitions and go ahead and watch it alone. If the movie isn't really a top priority on your list, then you can always plan ahead to watch it at a time when one of your friends isn't busy.

    I wouldn't go see a movie alone. But I'd never ask a friend to go to the mall with me.

        It's just not a fun group activity to me. Just something you have to do from time to time, why bother anyone else.

    Well I've really wanted to see Silver Linings, and plans keep on flopping, so I'm really thinking I'm just gonna head down there myself and say screw it. What does it matter anyways, you know you have friends who cares? People might look at you funny but I don't think it's that bad.
