The internet gets job salaries so wrong

When I google salaries for some trades I laugh at how wrong they are. Has anyone noticed how wrong these are? There is a trade that google says a high salary is $70,000 when in actuality a high salary for that job is more like $200,000.

Also I feel these economic statistics are quite wrong. If you listened to some of these economists theyd have you believe everyone is in poverty in the USA. But when I drive through the country I see nice houses and expensive cars everywhere. I sometimes wonder where are all these poor people

The internet gets a lot of things wrong in general; and often presents only a partial truth - if there is any truth at all.

There are no quality control, truth standards, or requirements to present a balanced, or alternate theories or viewpoints, on any subject.

Some individuals and organizations do try to do that. But, its up to the individual or organization.

Unfortunately, many don't care if they lie or tell such a partial truth that it presents a major distortion of the situation.

If it's on the internet, it must be true.
