The hair "down there" situation.

I was thinking about the situation of hair down there. What do you people think?

I am male and like hair down there on a female. 10
I am male and like a bit of hair down there on a female. 45
I am male and like the natural look on a female. 19
I am female and remove all hair. 61
I am female and remove some hair only. 75
I am female and leave it all natural. 23

A proper ladye must have one's merkin tailorede regularly and accordingly, lest the lice of the devil overtakes one's nether fieldes.

Is it me or is this poll missing a "I am male and I don't like ANY hair down there, smooth all the way" option.

My boyfriend doesn't care about mine, and I don't care about his.

I don't think it'd be fair if a guy told his girl to get rid of the hair if he wasn't prepared to do the same for her.

    EQUALITY.

I keep mine smooth, don't expect my girl to do it though. It her vag her choice. I do mine because its cleaner down there and doesn't get sweaty n smelly in 40 degree Celsius summers.

I had a girl whose pube prickles after she shaved would cut my penis when we had sex. After that I was like fuck grow that shit out a little. This is the only girl that happened with. I guess she had too many pubes around the vaginal entrance or something.

I don't mind pubic hair as long as its groomed and not a wild forest.

Do whatever you want with your pubes!

yeh, pubic hair (and any hair we have on our body for that matter) is biologically there for protection, so we're supposed to have it.

I find it ridiculous that women would put themselves through pain for men. Because I wax my legs sometimes and that's bloody painful, I dread to think what waxing the bikini line would be like *shudders*
I personally just like to keep myself tidy. It's a bit weird if you can see pubes if you're wearing a bikini, so I try not to do that, but I would never shave it all, even in my partner wanted to.
Also I've always thought it odd when men like women with no hair there. It seems to me a bit like pedophilia, as young girls (like before puberty) don't have hair there. Why would you want your girlfriend to look like a little girl unless you're into kids?

Option 1 applies to option 2 and 3. So really there are only 2 options for men, both of which involve hair, there is no option for men who like no hair down there :/

    Bad OP! Bad!

it's a matter of opinion, like anything else. But people -please stop being gross and shave everything. There's nothing worse to make me lose my liquor when hook up with a girl and "ta-dam" -the mighty bush. yuck.

On a scale of 1-10 how painful is a hollywood? I may get one but scared of the pain/too embarrassed.

It honestly depends from person to person. I find it ranges from 7-8 if I leave it for more than 2 or 3 months, and about a 3/4 if I make sure to get it done every month. If the technician is crap and I don't take painkillers, then it could well be a 9 (but that has only happened once).
If I take 4 ibuprofen about an hour before I get done, it helps enormously and sometimes reduces the pain to a 0.2.
However, the small patch above your clit - on and just above the top of this n - will always hurt most!! However, that could well be me and you might find another area more sensitive. Strangely enough, I find it worse getting my legs waxed than my bits.

It does sting a little bit straight afterwards, but they usually provide you with nice soothing lotion and it calms down in a day (usually less with me, but then I've been getting them done for 6 years or so).

Don't be shy about having to get into odd positions - the waxer has to make sure they can reach as much as possible, but a good one will make sure you're comfortable.
Don't worry too much if you queef - I've had if happen before and the person who did me was very professional about it.

When the back section gets done, some ask you to splay your legs so they can powder your bum and some just want you to lift your leg as high as possible so they can spread the wax directly on the hair.
You're always provided with paper knickers and baby wipes to clean yourself with before you start. Bring some mini scissors as well, as you may be asked to trim if the hair is too long.

The least painful time to get done is the week after your period (You wouldn't be allowed to get done if you're on and the last couple of weeks before you start are pre-PMS and PMS phases). I don't always remember to get waxed then, but that's the ideal situation to be in.

Also, make sure to wash and exfoliate before you go.
Hope you find something useful from that, and give us a shout if there's anything else you want to know.

Any time! Good luck and let me know how it goes. I forgot to add that a beauty parlour is by far the best bet (The bad experience I had was at a trendy hairdressers which also had a little beauty parlour attached). Also, be prepared to pay between £20 and £25 for the Hollywood alone.
Leg & Hollywood combos are usually £45-60, although £50 seems to be the average.

They have special "shaving gels" that eliminate irritation coochie creme, kitty gel, other stupid names etc. Gotta go to a "adult" store though to buy it. Im too much of a wuss to consider waxing.

Wow to those names haha :p. Waxing would hurt, but I'd probably try it to see if I could handle the pain. I don't even know of any "adult" stores anywhere let alone around where I live.

I'll google those products though, thanks! :D
