The flame is gone?

Me and my gf have been together for almost 5 years now, and sex is getting hard to come by, she wants to have it all the time and is very willing to do whatever, but I feel like I have no sex drive, I barely even masterbate anymore, I used to masterbate and have sex almost daily now its like sex every 2 weeks if that, its putting a strain on us. Im open to any advice...ps im 29.

You should exercise/work out regularly and eat a better diet. Research diets that will boost libido.

I have a changed my diet and began a gym membership, after a week I have felt much improvement. I'm an IT professional and in my spare time so haven't had the most active lifestyle so I think that plays a big part.

That's great, keep it up! Just remember to be consistent and dedicated. Don't let yourself slip back into old habits, you have to live it like a new lifestyle. Know what I mean?

I think this is normal. I've known people who had this change occur on and off throughout their life but it was usually just a 6 month or a one year ordeal and didn't last longer than that.

  • Your post makes it sound like that's the only element in your relationship. If that's really what your relationship is based on, then it was doomed from the start.

You might want to see a doctor. This doesn't sound very normal for a young man.

Relationship without sex means shes not that committed anymore. Call her out about it. Ask her why. Break up if you need be. Alpha male can get action easy. If she comes back she wants you. If not then shes over you.

Its normal to lose the "flame" whether or not you like it, nobody stays madly in the sex-crazed love phase forever. That's part of it being a new relationship...but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try new stuff. Do something really nice for her or romantic like get a doubles massage or surprise her with dinner and bubble bath. Buy her a dominatrix outfit or something out of the ordinary. That kind of effort should get some results. Also most women don't have as much of a sex drive as men so if you want it you've got to let her know.
If you love her don't let this ruin the relationship.

what do you think is the reason for your lack of libido? is it emotional? physical? only you can answer that question.

I think it's both, pressure at work has been extreme causing me to kinda withdraw and relax when I'm home. I'm going to reverse this behavior. I want sex but I just don't feel it, I hopping this lifestyle change will improve it.

There is herbal medicine that boosts the sex drive. You should try to find some. Aswandghanda helps with male virility and it helps with stress. I've taken it before for stress and it really loosened me up. Horny Goat Weed is another. You're bound to see this ingredient in most sexual drive mixtures. Or, you can try it on your own if you like. There are also diets that increase the sex drive. Your testosterone levels might also be low. There are foods and herbs that will increase it for you. http://anabolicmen.com/50-foods-that-boost-testosterone-levels/ - if you eat soy, cut it out of your diet now. it decreases testosterone production and increases oestrogen production.

Fake it for her if you have to. If you can't get it up, lick her slit for half an hour every night. Denying sex will only make the situation worse.

Yeah I have been thinking about that, I will probably do that, it can't be anymore awkward than your gf thinking you're cheating on her.
