The daunting fan

Well this story is kind of gross so yeah....
Well my Grandmas mum adopted a child and his name was Phillip. I was always kind of freaked out about him and one day he died so we had to clean out his apartment.
My mum And dad took some of the garbage to a tip so my grandparents and I were waiting at the apartment when one of the other apartment owners came down he was asking what happen to Phillip but he kept staring at my vagina so I ran to the bathroom and stayed there till he was gone. My mum took one of his fans and she put it in my room. The little dot in the middle of the fan was my problem I could of swarn the freaky man from the other apartment put a camera in it and was trying to perv on me . So now i can't get dressed unless I turn the fan around. Is this normal....
