The darkness is uber scary

Every time I'm in the dark I feel light headed and quesy and afraid im gunna suddenly feel someones hand wrap around my mouth. Is it normal?

    Just gotta turn off the lights and face it. You lose the fear after a few times.

    I love darkness. When you get your head out of the movies you'll find that it feels very cleansing and safe.

    I do that. I have to sleep with my tv on. If I'm in total darkness I can't sleep I think there's gonna be someone standing next to my bed whenever I look up
